It is that specific time of December again. The office is starting to smell like cinnamon, everyone is trying to finish their tasks before the holiday break, and we are all looking back at the calendar. 2025 has been a busy year for us at Inqud. We didn’t want to just release updates for the sake of looking "active" on social media. Instead, we spent a lot of our time listening to the grumbles and frustrations of merchants. We looked at where people were getting stuck and where the "old way" of doing things was just too slow.

We wrote this article because we want to share the progress we’ve made. It is also a bit of a thank-you note to you, our users. Without your feedback, we’d just be guessing. If you read through this and find something that catches your eye, or if you feel a bit confused about how to set a feature up, please don't hesitate to ask. Our team is genuinely glad to assist and help you get the most out of our platform.

The End of the "One-and-Done" Address

If you’ve been using crypto for a while, you know the annoying ritual of generating a new address for every single transaction. It’s a security thing, sure, but it’s a massive pain for the user experience. Imagine if your bank gave you a new account number every time someone wanted to send you a wire transfer. You’d lose your mind within a week.

This year, we finally tackled this head-on with Static Crypto Addresses.

Essentially, we’ve made it possible for you to give a customer a permanent address. They can save it in their wallet, name it "My Inqud Payment," and use it whenever they want. No more refreshing the page to see if a new address popped up. No more frantic emails from customers asking if they can reuse the last one they used.

For the person running the business, this makes life much quieter. When a payment hits a static address that you’ve assigned to "Customer A," you know it’s them. You don't have to go digging through transaction hashes to figure out who sent what. It brings a level of order to the chaos of the blockchain. This is a big part of why we think more people should accept crypto with Inqud – it’s about making the technology invisible so you can just focus on selling your product.

Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen?

As your business grows, you eventually have to start hiring people. That’s great news, but it also brings a new problem: who gets the "keys" to the account? For a long time, crypto accounts were a bit of an all-or-nothing deal. You either had the password and could do everything, or you had nothing.

In 2025, we launched Role-Based Access. We realized that an accountant doesn't need the power to change your security settings, and a support agent definitely shouldn't be able to initiate a massive withdrawal.

Now, you can invite your team and give them specific "jobs" within the dashboard.

  • The Viewers: They can see the data, check if a payment went through, and run reports.

  • The Managers: They can handle the day-to-day stuff like generating a payment link for crypto to send to a client.

  • The Admins: That’s probably you. You hold the master keys.

It’s about peace of mind. You shouldn't have to worry that a simple mistake from a new hire could cause a financial headache. It makes your operations much more professional and, honestly, much more secure.

Keeping Up with the Culture: Base and Pepe

The crypto market is a bit like fashion. Trends come and go, but some things stick because they are actually useful. We noticed a huge shift toward Layer 2 networks this year. People are tired of paying high gas fees on the main Ethereum network just to send a small payment. It’s like paying $50 for shipping on a $20 t-shirt. It makes no sense.

That is why we integrated the Base blockchain. It is fast, it is backed by some of the biggest names in the industry, and it makes sending USDC or ETH feel nearly instant and incredibly cheap.

Then there is Pepe (PEPE) – some people might laugh and call it a meme coin, and they wouldn't be wrong. But a huge community of people actually hold it and want to use it. If you are a merchant, you probably don't care about the "lore" of a frog meme, you care about whether your customers can pay you. By adding PEPE to our crypto payment widget, we’re helping you open the door to a very active and very loyal demographic.

The "Friday Afternoon" Spreadsheet Nightmare

It’s 4:00 PM on a Friday, and you have to send out payments to thirty different partners or affiliates. Doing that one by one is a recipe for disaster. One typo in a wallet address, and that money is gone forever into the void of the internet.

We built Mass Crypto Payouts specifically to solve this. You don’t have to be a coder to use it. You just take your list of addresses and amounts, put them into a simple file, and upload it to Inqud. We take care of the rest.

This is especially huge for companies that deal with recurring payments or large-scale commissions. It turns a three-hour job into a three-minute job. It removes the human error factor, which is probably the most dangerous thing in crypto. Instead of sweating over a copy-paste button, you can just click "send" and go enjoy your weekend.

Making the "Offramp" Less Bumpy

At the end of the day, most businesses still need to pay their rent and taxes in traditional currency. We know that. We don't want you to feel like your money is "trapped" in the crypto world.

This year, we put a lot of work into our onramp-offramp solution. Moving between fiat and crypto should be as simple as moving money between two different bank accounts. We’ve worked on the pipes in the background to make sure these transfers happen quickly and without those weird, hidden delays that used to plague the industry.

We also took a long look at our fee structure. Specifically, we slashed the withdrawal fees for USDT on the TRC20 network. Why? Because it’s what a huge portion of our users rely on every day. We didn't hide this behind a premium subscription or a special "club." We just lowered the cost because we wanted to make our platform the most cost-effective choice on the market. If you are moving massive amounts of capital and need even more specialized help, our OTC desk is always standing by to handle those high-volume trades without causing a ripple in the market price.

Bringing Crypto to the Real World

Not every business is an e-commerce store. We still believe that physical shops, cafes, and service providers should be able to accept digital assets without needing a degree in computer science.

Our crypto POS terminal tech has come a long way in 2025. We’ve focused on the speed of the transaction. Nobody wants to stand at a checkout counter for five minutes waiting for a block to confirm while a line of angry customers forms behind them. We’ve made the process snappy and familiar, so it feels just like using a standard credit card terminal.

A Human Note to Wrap Things Up

It is actually quite surreal to see how much the platform has evolved since January. We spent many late nights in our office arguing over where a specific button should go or how to make the code just a tiny bit more efficient. It might sound a bit geeky, but we genuinely care about the "feel" of the product.

We are incredibly grateful that you chose to spend your 2025 with us. We know there are plenty of options out there, so we don't take your trust for granted.

As the holidays roll in, we hope you get a chance to actually put the laptop away, spend some time with your family, and maybe eat way too much food. You’ve earned it.

The whole Inqud team wishes you a very Merry Christmas and a New Year that’s full of growth and maybe a bit less market volatility. If you find yourself stuck on something or just want to chat about how to use these new features for your specific business, please reach out. We are always happy to assist you in getting things set up correctly.

We’ve got some pretty wild ideas for 2026, and we can’t wait to show you what’s next on the roadmap.

See you in the new year!
